Good Riddance Tropical Insect Repellent is an effective natural insect repellent which provides long-lasting, tropical strength protection against mozzies, midges and sandflies that can carry harmful viruses such as Ross River and Dengue.
Our unique DEET-free formula is now available in a 500mL bulk pump! The bulk pump is perfect for refilling your existing bottles (or for people who live in ‘Mozzie Central’!) to help minimise your environmental footprint and plastic waste.
The Tropical range contains a combination of 100% pure essential oil actives that give the cream a fresh, vibrant citrus aroma with a woody undertone and notes of Australian natives.
Meanwhile, the cream base is rich with shea butter and beeswax which nourish the skin and provide an additional physical barrier against midges and sandflies without feeling sticky or greasy. The cream also helps to hold the essential oils on the skin for longer than a spray, reducing the need for reapplication.
Good Riddance Tropical Insect Repellent was developed in Darwin and tested in Kakadu as a safer, family-friendly alternative to nasty DEET products. The entire insect repellent range is APVMA registered and has undergone extensive clinical testing at independent labs across Australia to ensure it stands up against any DEET-filled product on the market.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery for all orders $200 and over.
A flat rate of $10 for all orders under $200.
Orders placed before 1pm will typically be processed and dispatched on the same day
EXPRESS DELIVERY
A flat rate of $14.95 for all express shipping.
Returns information
At Casual Step we would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows: If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your non sale item/s, we are more than happy to process a refund. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return. Please note, we are unable to accept return on sale items.
RETURNS:
We accept returns for change of mind within 10 business days of receiving your order.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge. All refunds will be less $9.50 freight unless the freight was paid for by the customer.
All costs involved with the postage/shipping of return items is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange items will need to be processed as a new sale.
Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags and labels attached, in its original packaging.

We will only accept returned item(s) that have been pre approved. Please email our returns department for approval emailing sales@casualstep.com.au
WHAT CAN'T BE SENT BACK?
Sale items.
For hygiene reasons; earrings, hats, hair accessories and head scarves cannot be returned.
Items of unsuitable quality - no fake tan, makeup, animal hair, deodorant or perfume marks.
If the item is deemed soiled or damaged upon arrival, we reserve the right to either deny your return or issue a partial credit to you, not a full credit.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have a faulty or damaged product please request a return via emailing sales@casualstep.com.au please include a picture of the deemed fault and your order number.
**Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Casual Step. We will not be able to provide a return on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. We highly recommend returning items through traceable mail (i.e. a tracking number).
