We are a mother and daughter duo. Jules and I (Shelley) purchased Casual Step almost 7 years ago. We love fashion, we love the challenges of small business and we are both very passionate about our home town Nathalia - a tiny little town with a population of 2,000.

We also have a large online community and our online store is growing and keeping us busy. Every day we are learning and growing and our aim is to bring our online community the same great small town country service as our brick and mortar store.

Our staff are incredible and allow us to showcase their style to help you feel inspired. We all range in ages, shapes and styles. We use their photos (and some of our friends) on the socials and on our online store to help you see how the clothes look on everyday people and to help put together outfits from head to toe.
